43 miles is a lot, Stephanie! that’s more than i’d bike in 10 years! ahhahaahahaha! i saw Bianca’s post and it looked like you guys all had the most glorious time! what a super fun evening with friends and asian eats that were absolutely yummers! your bubble tea sounded most scrummy! mmmmmmm! your bubbly crust looks freak’n amazing – and now i want pizza! and rice krispie treats without marshmallows – i love it, and oat flapjakes, too – hot damn! that’s too sweet on the vegan cakes for all those non-vegans & vegan! yay! (and i look forward to pictures of these rock’n cakes, too!)

I haven’t yet taken my bike out yet after the winter! I love riding, I miss it alot.
Did you brown rice syrup in the rice krispie squares? I find they can be marshmellow-y tasting in a rice krispie square. Much cheaper than Vegan marshmallows, There is no place where I live where they sell vegan fluff or marshmallows.

I am all about your side of that pizza! I love pizza with frozen homemade dough & tofu ricotta – so easy, but so delicious! Those rice crispy treats look ridiculously good as well.

First off: I applaud you for your cycling efforts. That is so amazing that you are doing that. I’ve always liked bike riding but after a long winter it’s hard to get into again. I just know you will make it to 100 miles!

Second: I need those Rice Krispies!!!!! They are my favorite and no fake marshmallows? I’m in!
