You should definitely give this a try! I was pretty happy with how it turned out.

In answer to your questions:

1. I found it in the freezer section of Kroger (not sure if you have Kroger, but it’s just a regular chain grocery store in these parts). If you can’t find the loose packed, then you could use the solid block – I just find the loose to be easier to work with, plus it doesn’t seem as wet to me.

2. That’s my hand, no models here, baby! I got skillz.

Damnation sister, that looks like one hell of a dip. I love Spinach Artichoke Dip and I cannot wait to give this a try.

Two questions:

1. Where do you find frozen spinach in a bag and not in a frozen block, and

2. Is that your hand holding the chip and then you took your picture, or is that a hand model?

Just curious.

I think this vegan version is every bit as good as (if not better than!) the lacto version… but I’m probably a little partial.

Hmmm…maybe we should stick with sushi and then do junk food. I really want sushi…but we should still deep fry some. I mean, really….deep-frying sushi sounds like God’s work to me. Jesus wants us to do this.

Um, dude, I was kind of thinking the same thing. Maybe we should change from sushi to junk food? Then we could really justify bustin’ out the deep-fryer. Plus, onion rings. Just sayin’.

…or maybe we should stick with sushi and just plan a junk food party too!

If I could find vegan crab around here, I would totally do it. I wish I could make a vegan version of some Crawfish Dip that my dad used to love, but I don’t really know where to start.

I’ll probably add it to my party food repertoire too – mostly because it’s so easy (it can be made ahead and just popped in the oven when needed), and so tasty!

That looks amazing. I used to love the spinach-artichoke dip from restaurants. The next time I have a party and need some appetizers, I am making this.
