Yes, yay for sourdough!

One tip: make sure you put the starter in a VERY LARGE bowl when you feed it, especially if you’ve fed it a large amount and you put it in the (switched-off) oven overnight to keep it safe and don’t realize how much it will expand because otherwise you will end up cleaning sourdough starter off the bottom of your oven… maybe.
