    ahhhh Stephanie, this is like my ideal comfort food meal! I’m making that glazed seitan recipe right when i get home for the summer! I’m on a meal plan now and only have baking ingredients to use in my dorm kitchen. :(
    maybe i’ll pair mine with sweet potatoes too!

      Ugh, it must be so hard to have to work your meals around living in a dorm! Definitely put this one at the top of your list – it is simply awesome! And it really does pair well with the sweet potatoes :)

    Also, the jessy bourbon tempeh makes me wanna cry it looks so good! Seriously. I need to make more tofu dishes…starting with that tamarind one!

      I don’t know about that – yours looked pretty damn good! Yeah, I think I’m going through Bianca withdrawal… is that possible? I feel like I should just drop by and bring you some cupcakes or something, just to see you ;)

      You should totally make Jessy’s bourbon tempeh, it’s awesome! And the tamarind tofu’s not too bad either, if I do say so myself!
