Some friends and I used to do that when our husbands were in the Navy and out at sea. We’d get together each Saturday night, and each of us (between 5 and 7 of us on any given Saturday) would make a meal for 6, then pack it up into individually servings for everyone. We’d have dinner at someone’s house, then all swap leftovers at the end of the evening. Cook once, get 6 meals AND a fun evening together! Nice! I miss that!

I made your hedgehog potatoes last night and they are the new Favorite Potato in my house! My boyfriend ate many of them.

That sweet & sour stuff looks amazing, and everything else too. Yum! I need to get back on the seitan train, I haven't made any in months.

I LOVE LEFTOVERS TOO! =)

I didn't think curry could be messed up, I always thought it was a no-fail dish but maybe I'm wrong.

Love the "lunchmeat" and the sammich, delicious.
