i’m most happyfaced that you guys enjoyed another one of our recipes – this tempeh is one of my favorites! totally gonna have to use maker’s mark next time i get some more cash & run by the abc store. i love buying jamesons ‘n maker’s mark when i can – they’re my favs! it’s worth the extra bucks for all that super yummy booze….mmmmmmm! glad you marinated the tempeh – dan suggested that as ours still had just a little touch of bitterness that tempeh can sometimes hold on to.

too funny on the tempeh bacon, ’cause we’ve got some of Bianca’s tempeh bacon marinating right now!

might i add that the steamy picture makes your meal look even more deeeeelicious!?! huzzah!

p.s. – i love your new site! the grill marks on your tofus up there are freak’n PERFECT! dayyyyum!
