I’m procrastinating because I have an order for three dozen carrot cake cupcakes due tomorrow and I don’t feel like baking. That in itself is surprising… I almost always feel like baking.
I don’t have many pictures to post because I’ve mostly been eating the same old and/or boring stuff. For example: lunch today was mock tuna salad on crackers and a salad, dinner tonight was roast veggies and chickpea cutlets… See?
I do have one new thing to share though! I found some yummy vegan sour gummy bears, which I have sorely missed. They aren’t QUITE as sour as I would like, but they are good. They’re made by Edward & Sons “Let’s Do… Organic” brand. Yep, that’s the brand name. Ha.
Enough time wasting… I’m going to go bake now.

Vegan gummy bears???!! Yes please!
I’m not a gummy bear fan, even though there are vegan ones over here. But I think I had just forgotten those sour ones! they were tasty!
Oh yum! I’ve been meaning to buy those…they’re at Wild Oats, right?
And I’d love to come to the cake decorator meeting, as long as they don’t care that I’m not a decorator…yet, anyway.

What I love about carrot cake cupcakes is that if you don’t frost some then BOOM! You also have carrot cake muffins!
