But your cookies look amazing! I'll have to try that recipe. I've been working my way through reading the Nomicon front front to back (I know, I'm a nerd, I actually read cookbooks like novels). And I haven't made it to desserts yet. <br/><br/>And what a great idea, freezing the unbaked cookies. I'll try that sometime.
